How long does it take get my rebate once I have sent it in?
Currently, it takes 60 to 90 days to process your rebate from the time we receive it.


How can I check the status of my rebate?
We accept rebate status requests by email at info @ rebateheaven.com. Simply put "rebate status request" in the subject line of the email. Please wait at least 30 days before requesting status.

What methods of payment are available for my rebate?
Rebate payments can be made by either check or paypal. If check is preferred, be sure to put your name exactly as you would like it to appear on the rebate form. For paypal method of payment, be sure to include your paypal email address on the mail in rebate form.
